Onenote web clipper & cookies
All of a sudden, Onenotee web clipper has stopped working. It says I need to enable 3rd party cookies. They are enabled. I've tried both Edge and Chrome to no avail. Ideas? Or has there been a recent update? I'm on Windows 10.

How do I fix this? I tried the resetting settings didn't work apparently there are some registry settings I'm suppose to "Right-click the "Edge" folder in each path and select Delete, then restart Edge" I don't see the edge folder
