实现本地服务接口的类必须添加到本地服务接口中ExternalDataExchangeService，并且可供和CallExternalMethodActivity使用HandleExternalEventActivity。

与 ExternalDataExchangeAttribute 特性化接口上的事件应具有派生自 ExternalDataEventArgs的事件数据。

虽然接口方法和事件声明支持泛型类型，但接口声明本身不支持泛型类型。 以下接口无效，不能用作 ExternalDataExchange.
