Klassen TimeZoneInfo.AdjustmentRule definierar de effektiva start- och slutdatumen för en viss tidsändring till och från sommartid respektive delta (det exakta belopp med vilket justeringen gör att tidszonens standardtid ändras). Dessutom returnerar TimeZoneInfo.TransitionTime två egenskaper objekt som definierar när varje övergång till och från standardtid inträffar.

En instans av TimeZoneInfo.AdjustmentRule klassen är oföränderlig. När ett objekt har skapats kan dess värden inte ändras.
