Metoden IsNormalized returnerar false så fort den stöter på det första icke-normaliserade tecknet i en sträng. Om en sträng därför innehåller icke-normaliserade tecken följt av ogiltiga Unicode-tecken, Normalize genererar metoden även om ArgumentExceptionIsNormalized returnerar false.
