Kommentarer

Den lokala tiden är lika med utc-tiden (Coordinated Universal Time) plus UTC-förskjutningen. Mer information om UTC-förskjutningen finns i TimeZoneInfo.GetUtcOffset. Konverteringen tar också hänsyn till den sommartidsregel som gäller för den tid som representeras av det aktuella DateTime objektet.

Important

I Windows XP system identifierar metoden ToLocalTime endast den aktuella justeringsregeln vid konvertering från UTC till lokal tid. Det innebär att konverteringar för perioder innan den aktuella justeringsregeln trädde i kraft kanske inte korrekt återspeglar skillnaden mellan UTC och lokal tid.

Från och med .NET Framework version 2.0 bestäms värdet som returneras av metoden ToLocalTime av egenskapen Kind för det aktuella objektet DateTime. I följande tabell beskrivs möjliga resultat.

Note

Metoden ToLocalTime konverterar ett DateTime värde från UTC till lokal tid. Om du vill konvertera tiden i en angiven tidszon till lokal tid använder du TimeZoneInfo.ConvertTime metoden .

Värdet som returneras av konverteringen är en DateTime vars Kind egenskap alltid returnerar Local. Därför returneras ett giltigt resultat även om ToLocalTime det tillämpas upprepade gånger på samma DateTime.

Anteckningar till anropare

Du kan använda ToLocalTime() metoden för att återställa ett lokalt datum- och tidsvärde som konverterades till UTC med ToUniversalTime() metoden eller FromFileTimeUtc(Int64) . Men om den ursprungliga tiden representerar en ogiltig tid i den lokala tidszonen matchar den inte det återställda värdet. ToLocalTime() När metoden konverterar en tid från UTC till den lokala tidszonen justeras även tiden så att den är giltig i den lokala tidszonen.

Övergången från standardtid till sommartid sker till exempel i tidszonen usa stillahavsområdet den 14 mars 2010 kl. 02:00, när tiden går framåt med en timme till 03:00. Det här timintervallet är en ogiltig tid, dvs. ett tidsintervall som inte finns i den här tidszonen.
