Exempel

I följande exempel används ett SqlDataReader objekt för att hämta undersökningsdata från en databas. Den tilldelar varje rads fältvärden till en matris och skickar sedan varje matriselement till IsDBNull metoden. Om metoden returnerar truetilldelar exemplet strängen "NA" till matriselementet. Matrisen läggs sedan till i Rows samling av en System.Windows.Forms.DataGridView kontroll.

Kommentarer

Metoden IsDBNull testar om parametern value är lika med DBNull.Value. Den motsvarar följande kod:

return DBNull.Value.Equals(value);
DBNull.Value.Equals value
Return DBNull.Value.Equals(value)

Note

DBNull.Value används för att ange ett värde som saknas. Det motsvarar null inte eller String.Empty. Kod som Convert.IsDBNull(null) i C# eller Convert.IsDBNull(Nothing) i Visual Basic returnerar därförfalse.
