In dit voorbeeld ziet u hoe u een Style object gebruikt om de stijleigenschappen van meerdere besturingselementen tegelijk te wijzigen. Telkens wanneer een van de Style eigenschapswaarden wordt gewijzigd, moet elk besturingselement de ApplyStyle methode aanroepen. Houd er rekening mee dat niet alle besturingselementen die zijn opgenomen, alle eigenschappen ondersteunen die worden gedemonstreerd. Als een besturingselement geen ondersteuning biedt voor een bepaalde eigenschap, wordt het uiterlijk van het besturingselement niet gewijzigd wanneer de eigenschapswaarde wordt gewijzigd.

Opmerkingen
Gebruik de BackColor eigenschap om de achtergrondkleur van het webserverbesturingselement op te geven. Deze eigenschap wordt ingesteld met behulp van een System.Drawing.Color object.
Note
Deze eigenschap wordt alleen weergegeven voor bepaalde besturingselementen. Bijvoorbeeld, Table, Panel, DataGriden CalendarValidationSummary geeft deze eigenschap weer. Het werkt ook voor CheckBoxList, RadioButtonList en DataList als hun RepeatLayout eigendom is RepeatLayout.Table, en niet RepeatLayout.Flow.
Over het algemeen kunnen alleen besturingselementen die als tag <table> worden weergegeven, een achtergrondkleur weergeven in HTML 3.2, terwijl bijna elk besturingselement in HTML 4.0 kan.
Voor besturingselementen die worden weergegeven als een <span>-tag (inclusief Label, werken alle validatiebesturingselementen en lijstbesturingselementen met de eigenschap RepeatLayout ingesteld op RepeatLayout.Flow), deze eigenschap werkt in Microsoft Internet Explorer versie 5 of hoger, maar niet voor Microsoft Internet Explorer versie 4.
