Los implementadores de la IAuthorizationPolicy interfaz deben esperar que los Evaluate subprocesos diferentes llamen al método varias veces.

Los implementadores de la IAuthorizationPolicy interfaz pueden usar el parámetro para realizar un seguimiento del state estado entre las llamadas al Evaluate método .
