If I click on Resubscribe it doesn't give me the option for Personal Classic and I don't want AI

    Hello Steph f59

I understand you would like to continue with Microsoft 365 Personal Classic and avoid the AI-included plan. The current Microsoft 365 Personal plan includes Copilot, while changing to a plan with fewer features is handled differently from a normal renewal.

Please try these steps to see if you are able to find Microsoft Personal Classic plan:

    1. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with the same Microsoft account that owns the subscription.
    2. Open the expired subscription and select Manage.
    3. If Personal Classic does not appear under Resubscribe, check the Cancel subscription path, as available guidance indicates the Classic option may appear there instead of the normal renewal flow. You can find this info in this thread: How do I change to classic subscription (without Copilot)?

Feel free reply back to this post and update me on this issue if you are still unable to find it, I'll be happy to help.
