Hotmail is telling my by email has spam

If I send myself an email, from hotmail to hotmail and I put anything in the subject line it is undeliverable but if I leave the subject empty it goes through fine.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding, thank you for the screenshots that you have sent.

    The error in your screenshot means the message was rejected before delivery because it was identified as possible spam: 550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(9530). This can happen even with a simple test message, and it is often related to message format, attachments, or sending reputation, not necessarily a problem with the recipient mailbox itself.

    Here are a few things that you can kindly try:

    • Send the same email from Outlook on the web. If it works there, the issue is more likely related to the app/device rather than the account itself.
    • Try uploading the attached file to OneDrive and sending a sharing link instead of attaching it directly.
    • Change the message format from Rich Text to Plain Text and try again.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. 

    Sorry for the disruption. Sending worked normally before, and this only started happening about a week ago.

    To pinpoint why Hotmail/Outlook.com is rejecting messages when there’s a Subject, please share the details below:

    1. Bounce/NDR (Undeliverable) content – the “Diagnostic information for administrators” section

    • Please copy the entire block (especially any lines containing 550/554/5.7.x and/or AS (####)) and send it via Private Message.

    2. Test result from Outlook on the web

    • Please try sending the same simple test email directly from Outlook on the web (Outlook.com) (Subject: “test”, no links, no attachments).
    • Please confirm the result: does it also fail on the web, or only in the app? If it fails on the web too, it often points to a service or account-level restriction.

    3. Which app are you sending from?

    • Outlook on the web / Outlook mobile app / Outlook on Windows/Mac (Classic/New) / Apple Mail, etc. (Just the app name + device is enough.)

    Once the details above are provided, the NDR code can be matched to the correct cause and the most appropriate resolution steps can be shared.
