Data Refresh Progress Dialog Box

The Data Refresh Progress dialog box enables you to monitor the refresh of data that you have imported into the PowerPivot window from an external source. To access this dialog box, on the Home tab, in the Get External Data group, click Refresh or Refresh All. For more information, see Different Ways to Update Data in PowerPivot.

• Status
  Indicates whether the refresh operation was successful or not.

• Details
  Lists the tables and views that were imported, the number of rows that were imported, and provides a link to a report of any issues.

• Stop Refresh
  Click to halt the refresh operation. This option is useful if the refresh operation is taking too long, or if there are too many errors.
