När GetMaxThreads returnerar innehåller variabeln som anges av workerThreads det maximala antalet arbetstrådar som tillåts i trådpoolen, och variabeln som anges av completionPortThreads innehåller det maximala antalet asynkrona I/O-trådar som tillåts i trådpoolen.
