O exemplo de código seguinte cria uma WebClient instância e depois usa-a para descarregar dados de um servidor e exibi-los na consola do sistema, para descarregar dados de um servidor e escrevê-los num ficheiro, e para carregar valores de formulário para um servidor e receber a resposta.

O construtor sem parâmetros cria uma nova instância da WebClient classe. O método HTTP padrão é o GET. O método FTP padrão é o RETR. O padrão Encoding é Default. O valor padrão de AllowAutoRedirect é true.
