Opmerkingen
De IsLoopback methode vergelijkt met Loopback en retourneert addresstrue als de twee IP-adressen hetzelfde zijn.
In het geval van IPv4 retourneert true de IsLoopback methode voor elk IP-adres van het formulier 127.X.Y.Z (waarbij X, Y en Z zich in het bereik van 0-255 bevinden), niet alleen Loopback (127.0.0.0.1).
