설명
이 스레드가 현재 대기, 절전 또는 조인 상태에서 차단되지 않은 경우 다음에 차단되기 시작하면 중단됩니다.
ThreadInterruptedException 는 중단된 스레드에서 throw되지만 스레드가 차단될 때까지는 throw되지 않습니다. 스레드가 차단되지 않으면 예외가 throw되지 않으므로 스레드가 중단되지 않고 완료될 수 있습니다.
