Une connexion est fermée une fois qu’elle est retournée au cache de connexion et non pendant la transmission active. Le cache de connexion utilisé par le transport TCP crée de nouvelles connexions selon les besoins de chaque point de terminaison, jusqu’à la limite de cache définie par MaxOutboundConnectionsPerEndpoint.
