Releases a lock on a target.
Syntax
HRESULT ReleaseTargetLock(

Parameters
[in] pContext
A pointer to the context returned by the AcquireTargetLock method.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
