These reports provide detailed information on how much users use each Dragon Copilot feature. You can use these reports to identify trends in usage and find areas where users could become more efficient.
Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Date range | The time period you want to see data for. Selecting a partial week/month date range means that data is no longer displayed in full months/weeks. |
| View by | View data by day, week, month or quarter. Viewing a large date range by day can have a negative impact on exporting data, report performance and lengthen refresh times. |
| License type | The type of user license you want to see data for. Options: Dragon Copilot Per User, Dragon Copilot Flex, Dragon Copilot (Preview) |
| Select columns | The columns you want to see data for in the User activity table. |
User summary
The User activity table provides detailed information about how each user used Dragon Copilot in the selected time period. You can use this information to identify which users are using ambient recording, notes and memos, and those who might need additional training.
Use the Select columns filter to display additional information about how much users used prompts, notes, orders and memos during each session. To view aggregated usage data for all users, clear the User column.
Session details
The Session activity table provides detailed information about what users did during each Dragon Copilot session in the selected time period.

| Total licenses | The number of licenses provisioned for the customer. |
| Assigned licenses | The number of licenses that are assigned to specific users and not available to any other user. |
| License usage % | The number of licenses used divided by the total number of licenses multiplied by 100. |
| Active user | The number of users who have used Dragon Copilot to record at least one session. |
| Active users % | The number of users who have used Dragon Copilot to record at least one session divided by the total number of users with a license assigned to them, multiplied by 100. |
All licensed users table
This table shows an overview of license usage by each user, including the date when the license was assigned, when it was first and last used, and the total number of sessions that the user has created.
