I hope you are doing well.
I recently passed the AZ-400 (Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions) exam and received the official passing email shortly after completing the exam. However, my certification is not yet visible in my Microsoft Learn profile under the Certifications section.
Exam Details:
It has been several hours since I completed the exam, but the certification has not appeared on my profile.
I kindly request you to check the status of my certification and assist in making it available on my dashboard.

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.

Currently, my certifications are split across two Microsoft Learn accounts:

To meet the certification requirements, I kindly request your assistance in merging these two Microsoft Learn profiles so that both certifications are associated with a single account.
I would prefer to retain my current active account (******@gmail.com) as the primary profile and have the Azure Administrator Associate certification merged into it.
Please let me know if any additional verification or information is required from my side to proceed with this request.

But as your Learn profiles are associate with personal email accounts you need to link a work email account to your Learn profiles to act as a bridge

The AZ-400 exam alone does not automatically grant the “DevOps Engineer Expert” certification. To receive the DevOps Engineer Expert certification, an active Azure Developer Associate or Azure Administrator certification is also required.
If the prerequisite certification is not active on the same Microsoft Learn profile, only the passed AZ-400 exam will show in the Exam/Transcript area, and the DevOps Engineer Expert certification will not appear under Certifications.
