Refunds or account changes cannot be processed directly.

To cancel the Microsoft 365/OneDrive subscription and check if a refund of $19.99 + tax is available, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the subscription.
2. Find the Microsoft 365 or OneDrive-related subscription and select Manage.
   • If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire and no further charges will occur.
3. On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete cancellation.
4. During cancellation, the site will indicate whether the subscription is eligible for a refund based on the Microsoft subscription refund policy and the country/region.

If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store on an Android device, contact their support instead:

• For Google Play purchases, see Learn about Google Play refund policies.
• For Apple App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple support.

If the charge is not recognized or does not appear under the signed-in account, use the Manage your payments section of the Microsoft account dashboard (linked from the refund article) to investigate the charge, then contact Microsoft Support if needed.
