    • Search for "Refund Microsoft 365 subscription" in the search box.
    • Click "Get Help", then scroll to the bottom and select "Contact Support”.
    • When prompted to select Products & Services, select Billing> Subscriptions> Charged unexpectedly / Refund

Multiple similar charges across different Mastercards and locations (Richfield, MN / Redmond, WA) indicate an account‑specific billing issue that must be handled by Microsoft’s billing support, as it may involve:

    • Recurring Microsoft 365 subscriptions with recurring billing enabled on more than one account or card
    • Multiple Microsoft accounts or family members using the same cards
    • Duplicate or closely timed payments that look like double charges

Because resolving this requires secure access to account and payment details, the next step is to contact Microsoft Support directly and work with a human agent.

Use these steps to reach a live support agent for home billing issues:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
    2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that is being billed.
    3. Select the product area: choose Microsoft 365 / Microsoft 365 & Office or Microsoft Store as appropriate.
    4. Choose a category such as Billing and Payment updates or Manage my subscription.
    5. Select Get help → describe the issue (for example: “Multiple Microsoft 365 charges on different Mastercards in 2025 and 2026”).
    6. Click Contact support and then choose:
      • Chat with a support agent in your web browser, or
      • Call me back and provide a phone number so a human agent can call.

Before or during the call/chat, it is helpful to:

    • Review order history for each Microsoft account in use to see which subscriptions and charges appear: Review your order history.
    • Go to Payment options for the account and use Investigate to look for other accounts using the same cards: Go to payment options.
    • If a charge is not recognized, use Investigate on the Manage your payments page to start an investigation: Manage your payments.

If the issue involves being charged twice for the same subscription period, support can compare:

    • The dates and amounts on the bank/credit card statements
    • The Microsoft account order history
    • Any duplicate subscriptions or multiple accounts using the same cards

If a refund is appropriate, the billing agent can process it or guide through the refund process according to Microsoft’s refund policies.

If accessibility assistance is needed (for example, using a screen reader or needing specialized support), contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk for technical assistance and help navigating billing and subscriptions: Microsoft Disability Answer Desk.
