I can see that you wish to purchase perpetual version of Publisher and The MS suggestions of Word & PowerPoint are not working for you.
Microsoft does not currently offer Publisher as a separate standalone purchase. The official Microsoft option that includes Publisher is Office Professional 2021, which is a one-time purchase for 1 PC.

Please also keep in mind that Publisher will reach end of support in October 2026, including the perpetual version, so it would be a good idea to plan ahead for any important .pub files you may want to keep accessible.
