Azure Artifact Signing: Identity validation rejected without specific reason — ACE of ESS AB (Sweden)

Hello,

We are ACE of ESS AB (org. nr pii removed), a Swedish software company registered since 2003. We are trying to complete identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing (Public Trust) under subscription pii removed Artifact Signing Account "AceOfEss".

We have two failed identity validation requests:

• pii removed (first attempt)
• pii removed (second attempt)

The first attempt was rejected, and we were asked for additional documents. We submitted domain purchase invoices and domain ownership records, but after three document submissions the request was closed.

We then created a new identity validation request with corrected information:

• Updated our registered address at pii removed to our physical business address: pii removed
• Used the correct company name casing: "ACE of ESS AB" (matching Bolagsverket exactly)
• Provided our EU VAT number (pii removed, verified in VIES) as Tax ID
• Completed email verification and AU10TIX personal identity verification successfully

However, the second request was rejected shortly after we completed both email verification and AU10TIX personal identity verification, with the same generic message: "your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. As this is your third appeal, we have closed your application."

Our questions:

1. What specific requirement does our organization not meet? The rejection message does not explain what is wrong, making it impossible for us to correct the issue.
2. The second request was a completely new identity validation, not an appeal of the first. Why was it counted as a "third appeal"?
3. How can we proceed? Is there a way to submit a new request, or is our organization permanently blocked?
