I have subscribed a year Microsoft One Drive Personal Edition on Jan 28, 2026

(Charge NT$3,090.-Yearly).

However, its performance seems not so good since then. The photos I took

cannot be backed up in sync, even though I have consulted your relative people.

(Case Reference No: 案件編號:【7100850218】。)

I decided to cancel the subscription of the Personal Edition(個人版), and hope

you return me the balance of the total charge. Or, at least, change the subscription

to be the Basic Edition ( 基本版 Yearly NT$600.-), and return the balance to me.

Your kind help on this matter will be much appreciated.

P.S. Please return the money to our following account, thanks

Look for the Microsoft 365 subscription you have.

Click Manage > select Cancel, then follow the prompts to refund the subscription.

Note: If there is no option for a refund, you may reach Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

Do not share bank account details publicly. Refunds and subscription changes are handled only through the Microsoft account and official support channels, not by sending account numbers.

To cancel the OneDrive/Microsoft 365 Personal subscription and request a refund or change plan:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy the OneDrive/Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.
    2. Find the subscription (for example, Microsoft 365 Personal or OneDrive storage) and select Manage.
      • If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and will not be charged again.
    3. On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what appears).
    4. Scroll through and follow the on‑screen instructions to complete cancellation.

    Refunds and price differences:

    • In some countries, cancelling a Microsoft subscription may qualify for a prorated refund depending on subscription length and local rules. Details are in the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale and in the article about countries with prorated refunds.
    • To review the full cancellation and refund policy, see the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale linked from the cancellation flow.

If self‑service cancellation or refund does not resolve the issue, contact Microsoft Support:

    • Go to Contact Microsoft Support from the refund article, enter the problem, then choose Get Help and, if needed, Contact Support to reach the appropriate support option.

If the subscription was purchased through a third party (Google Play, Apple App Store, retailer), cancellation and any refund must be requested through that provider’s support, as Microsoft cannot process those directly.

Do not send bank details to support unless explicitly requested through a secure, official Microsoft support channel, and never post them in public forums.
