    Hello,

I see that you are using Outlook new and it is not working. May I know if you recieve any error message while you refresh?

    Try this, please.

Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft, and press Enter.

Delete the Olk and OneAuth folders.

    Restart Outlook.

This only removes temporary Outlook data that will be recreated automatically. Please try reconfiguring the account and let me know.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

Try the following steps on the Windows notebook for new Outlook for Windows:

    1. Restart new Outlook
      1. Right-click Start and select Task Manager.
      2. Select Microsoft Outlook, then choose End task.
      3. Confirm Outlook is closed, then close Task Manager.
      4. Open new Outlook again from the Start menu and test mail.
    2. Reinstall new Outlook for Windows
      1. From the Start menu, locate new Outlook for Windows.
      2. Select the arrow to expand its options and choose Uninstall.
      3. Open the Microsoft Store app.
      4. Use the provided entry point: Get new Outlook.
      5. Select Get (if not installed) or Open (if already installed) and then sign in/add the email account again.

If Outlook still does not work after reinstalling, verify Windows and Office are fully updated, as updates can correct issues by replacing out-of-date or corrupted files.
