A non-profit grant expiration

I don't how to search research .. I received a message that my grant for Microsoft 365 is expiring. When I try to sign in I receive a message that I don't have permission to manage the page. I haven't a clue how to update/manage or find a grant that would work for my organization. I didn't set up the account and can't find a number to call. SO if I can't explain my issue I can't find the answer on their Q & A

    Based on your description, you received a notification that your organization’s Microsoft 365 nonprofit grant is expiring, but when you try to manage or renew it, you receive a message saying you don’t have permission to access the page. You did not set up the account, are unsure who the Global Administrator is, and don’t know how to update the grant or transition to another nonprofit license.

    For better understanding your situation, could you please provide some more information as:

    Are you currently signed in with a Global Administrator account, or are you a regular user?

    The person who purchased for Microsoft 365 of your organization still working and do you know who he is?

    It would be helpful if you can share screenshot of the issue (please hide/remove private information)
