my email is not up to date. i've restarted multiple times. it is still stuck on yesterdays emails

    I understand you are having a problem with Outlook.com on the web not showing new emails and appearing stuck on yesterday’s messages. Do you see any new emails arriving in Junk/Other, or are they missing entirely (nothing new anywhere)? 

    Please follow these steps:  

    • Check if Outlook.com is having a service-side issue 
    • Confirm this is not a mailbox/storage block 
      • If Microsoft cloud storage is full, you cannot send or receive email in Outlook.com, and messages sent to you during that time are bounced back to the sender. Check your mailbox storage from Outlook.com.  
    • Make sure new mail isn’t being shown elsewhere in the mailbox view 
      • Check the Other tab and ensure no filters are preventing you from seeing messages.  
      • Check Junk Email settings and the Junk Email folder, and mark any legitimate mail as “not junk.”  
      • If messages appear out of order, restore sorting by Date (Filter > Sort > Date) .  
      • Check whether forwarding or rules are enabled that could move new mail away from the Inbox.
