Shortcut to change text to uppercase or lowercase, like in Word (Shift+F3)

Thank you for taking the time to share your suggestion about having a universal shortcut to change text between uppercase and lowercase across all Windows applications, similar to Word’s Shift + F3 behavior. Windows is designed to give each application flexibility in how it handles text editing and keyboard shortcuts. This approach allows apps to tailor their behavior to specific user needs. While Microsoft Word includes the Shift + F3 shortcut for changing text case, other applications define their own shortcut behavior, which is why this feature isn't available universally by default.
