Is there a difference between OneDrive and OneDrive-Personal? I have both in File Explorer. They mostly contain the same files but there are some differences. How can I either "meld" these two or just delete one?

On my Surface laptop I have a Onedrive-personel file and a Onedrive subfile.

Some files are the same but there are differences and I don't know which file is being synchronised with my laptop

    Hi Abbad,

This is just a glitch. The following should work:

    1. Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter to open Registry Editor.
    2. Copy and paste the following path into the address bar, then press Enter: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace
    3. In this location, look for a subfolder that shows a OneDrive entry in the right pane. There should be two. Remove the one which does not have Personal label. Once identified, right-click that folder and select Delete.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
