Certificate Trophy in the Dyslexia section?

Certificates for completing a “Trophy” or achievement in the Dyslexia learning section are not automatically generated by Windows or Microsoft itself. These are usually tied to the specific learning platform or application you are using. Each platform handles certificates differently: some issue them directly in the user dashboard once the trophy is unlocked, others send them by email, and in some cases you need to request them from the administrator of the program.

If you are working within Microsoft’s Learning Tools / Education platform, the “Trophy” system is part of gamified learning progress. Certificates are typically accessible through the portal under your profile or achievements page. If you don’t see a download option there, you should check the help section of the platform or contact the support team for that specific learning environment.

In short, the certificate is not something Windows itself provides—it comes from the Dyslexia learning program you are enrolled in. Log into the platform, go to your achievements or progress section, and look for a “Download Certificate” or “View Certificate” option. If it isn’t visible, reach out to the program’s support desk to have it issued manually.

Certificates and trophies for the Dyslexia modules are managed through Microsoft Learn achievements, not through Windows.

To get and view the certificate/trophy for a completed Dyslexia module or learning path:

1. Complete all units in the relevant Dyslexia module or learning path (for example, “Dyslexia Awareness: Part 1”, “Dyslexia Awareness: Part 2”, “Dyslexia Teaching: Part 1–3”, or “Dyslexia and technology”). Make sure each unit shows as completed and the module assessment is passed.
2. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to complete the training.
3. Open the profile menu (top-right) and go to the Credentials / Certifications or Achievements area of the Learn profile.
4. Look for the corresponding module or learning path; if a certificate or badge is available, it will appear there for viewing/downloading.

If the Dyslexia module/learning path completion does not show or no certificate is available even though everything is completed, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the Learn account and achievements:

• Use the credentials support entry point described in the Q&A posts (for example, https://aka.ms/credentialssupport or the support for business link in the context) and submit a ticket under the Learning / Microsoft Credentials product family.

For older or missing training certificates (for example, from 2021), the same approach applies: check the Certifications tab first; if the items are not visible, open a support request so the credentials team can investigate and, if possible, restore access.

Note: Forum moderators and community members cannot access individual learning records; only the Microsoft Credentials Support team can correct missing certificates/trophies on a specific account.
