    Hi @Pauline Wilson

Could you please share a few more details? For example, which Microsoft product or service you signed up for, when the charges started, and how the charge appears on your bank or card statement and also the if you are login to personal account or business account.

Additionally, please check whether the account created during sign‑up ends with @onmicrosoft.com. Microsoft often assigns an onmicrosoft account automatically when a new tenant or subscription is created, and that account is usually the owner of the subscription. If possible, try signing in at www.office.com using that onmicrosoft address or select the account recovery options if you don’t have the password.

Note: Please understand that as a forum moderator, my primary goal is to provide helpful guidance and support through general troubleshooting steps. While I don’t have access to internal systems or test devices required to resolve backend/account issues, I truly appreciate your understanding of these limitations.

I hope you find this information helpful. If anything is unclear, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
