My Copilot chat is not accepting images

Whenever try to upload an image in Co-pilot app it says this file format is not supported. This is a personal subscription and not a work/school account. Also, if I try to use Co-pilot in any Office application, I cannot upload any document to the chat window or copy and paste the image content (or pdf). It just remains blank
I have Microsoft 365 Family subscrption. Is there a setting that I am missing?
