Based on the most recent updates, this behavior has been confirmed as a product bug related to a race condition that may cause channels to hide unexpectedly. The Microsoft engineering team is actively working on a fix and the resolution will be rolled out gradually to affected environments.
At this time, there is no confirmed completion date available, but the issue is being treated as a high priority due to its impact on communication and critical workflows.
