Loop for Microsoft Log-in and Microsoft Authenticator

I have to use this account as my paid work-account is in a constant loop.

For log-in at the webbrowser, I am asked to put in a code that I am supposed to receive through my Microsoft Authenticator App on my phone.

On that app, I do not have access to that account anymore, I do have other accounts on it (like this one) that seem to work perfectly. In order for me to add the needed account, I have to eventually need the Code from the Authenticator App again, the App that I am currently using to make a new account. So, I am not able to go backwards and create a code as I am currently in the process of installing an account.

The only alternative that is provided is the use of a verification code that is also on the Authenticator App, which also does not work for above mentioned reasons. No phone number, no alternative email, no secret spell I can use to make this loop of hell go away.

To be clear, I cannot access any Microsoft products with that work-account. I am a freelancer needing this for a deadline soon. There is no administrator, if I do not have access there is no access to that account.

How can I get out of this loop? Any help is appreciated.
