Microsoft 365 admin cannot sign in MFA

I am the Global Admin of my company tenant (siuind.onmicrosoft.com).
I am locked out due to MFA issue and cannot sign in at all.
Error Code: 399287
There are no other admins in the tenant, so I cannot reset MFA.
Please help me recover admin access or reset MFA.
Urgent.
