Dear @Pana matheos,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. Based on your description, you used to receive weekly emails from a company but no longer receive them. You want to know how to check whether that sender’s email address or domain has been blocked or removed from your account.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Check Blocked Senders
Sign in to Outlook
Go to Settings in the top right corner beside user icon > Mail
Select Junk email
Under Blocked senders and domains, look for: The exact email address or the sender’s domain (for example: @company.com)
Check the Junk Email folder
Open your Junk Email folder
Search for the sender’s address or company name
Blocked senders are usually delivered to this folder, not deleted, unless a rule deletes them
Check Inbox Rules
A rule may be moving or deleting the emails automatically.
Go to Settings > Mail > Rules (Outlook on the web), or Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts (Desktop Outlook)
Look for rules that: Delete messages, move messages to another folder, apply to that sender or domain
If you don’t find anything in your personal settings, your organization’s spam policies may be blocking it at the server level (Exchange Online / Defender). In that case, only an admin can confirm or unblock the sender
