    Hello

    I saw that this is on MacOS.

    If the purchase was via Microsoft, do this:

    Please go to https://www.office.com

    Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

    Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.

    If the purchase was via Apple's App Store, you download the apps from App store instead.

    Thanks EmilyS726. I gave up previously after getting this message "The file “Microsoft_365_and_Office_16.107.26032814_BusinessPro_Installer.pkg.download” doesn’t appear to be a valid download file.

    I'll try to use Chrome and see what happens. Many thanks. Henry
