- Do you see any error message or notification. If yes, please share the exact wording, or a screenshot if possible.
- Does it fail only with this one external person, or with any external recipient. Does it fail only for you, or for other users in your organization as well?
- Is external access (federation) is enabled tenant wide, and whether the external domain is allowed or blocked?
- Where does the issue in Teams, Teams desktop app on Windows, Teams desktop app on Mac, or Teams on the web?
