Conversations involving multiple participants, allowing collaboration and information sharing in Teams

Good day and thank you for detailing your issue so clearly.
At this time, Teams allows you to save several individual messages, but it does not support saving multiple messages at once.
The current work process is:
- In Teams, hover over a message.
- Select More options (… ) > Save this message.
- Repeat this for each message you want to include.
All saved items appear under Saved at the top of your chat list. From there, you can open each message in its original context and copy the content to combine it into a single email in Outlook.
The same limitation applies to the Share to Outlook feature, you can only share one message at a time, or share an entire channel conversation from Teams to Outlook.
Hover over a channel post or a specific message in a post.
- Select More options(...)> Share to Outlook
- Choose your recipient(s). You can also select from custom options, edit the subject line, and add attachments.
- Select Send to share your channel conversation. If you share a post, this sends the entire conversation history.
