Unable to login to Visual Studio Subscription - https://my.visualstudio.com/

Hello,

I recently received a Visual Studio Professional Subscription, and I have received the official confirmation email from Microsoft.

When I click the specific link provided in the email (https://my.visualstudio.com/?wt.mc_id=visual-studio-subscriber-assignment_eml), I am able to access my subscription portal successfully.

However, I am encountering issues in the following scenarios:

  1. Direct Access: When I try to navigate directly to https://my.visualstudio.com, I receive an error.

  2. Visual Studio IDE: When I try to sign in to the Visual Studio IDE using the same credentials, I receive the same error.

I have already verified that I am using the correct email address associated with the subscription. Could you please help me resolve this synchronization or login issue?

    This issue is related to account permission and subscription assignment on Microsoft’s side and cannot be resolved from the Visual Studio IDE or locally.
