Hello

I am a student at Hallym University, and I am currently trying to access a Windows 11 Education product key through the Azure Education Hub.

I have successfully verified my student status with my university email (학번@microsoft.hallym.ac.kr). However, when I go to the "Software" section and click the banner to verify my eligibility for the free software catalog, I am repeatedly redirected to the FAQ page instead of being able to view the software list.

I can only see 17 items (mostly Windows Server versions), and Windows 11 Education is not appearing in my catalog.

Could you please check my account's eligibility and help me access the Windows 11 Education product key?

Account-specific eligibility and catalog contents cannot be checked.

    From the available information:

    • Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (accessed via the Azure Education Hub) includes Windows 10 and Windows 11 for Education in its software list, but only for institutions that are enrolled in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching and only for users who are eligible under that program.
    • Only academic institutions that have purchased a Volume Licensing agreement with Microsoft can enroll in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. If the institution is not enrolled, or if the account is not recognized as part of that subscription, the full software catalog (including Windows 11 Education) will not be available.
    • When the subscription is active and the account is correctly associated, software is downloaded from the Azure Education Hub “Software” section. Students sign in with their school or Azure Dev Tools for Teaching credentials and see the software their institution’s subscription entitles them to.

Given the symptoms (being redirected to FAQ when trying to verify eligibility and seeing only a limited list of items), the most likely causes supported by the context are:

    1. The institution is not enrolled in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching, or
    2. The account is not correctly associated with the institution’s Azure Dev Tools for Teaching subscription.

The supported next step is to contact the institution’s IT/academic administrator to:

    1. Confirm that Hallym University is enrolled in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching under a Volume Licensing agreement.
    2. Confirm that the student account is included in the list of eligible users for that subscription.
    3. Request that the administrator verify access to the Azure Education Hub software catalog and, if necessary, open a support case with Microsoft through the institution’s Volume Licensing or Azure support channels.

If the institution is not enrolled in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching, Windows 11 Education keys will not be available through the Azure Education Hub, and only the limited set of products tied to Azure for Students/Azure for Students Starter and any other active offers will appear.
