Business suspension

Hi i just opened an account with Microsoft advertising few months ago passed the verification successfully but after a month or 2 before even starting to adertise i got an email to complete my identification verification i started the process it asked me to add another email for back as soon as i did it my account got suspended after that ive submitted an appeal again i haven't added any campaign i got an email that my appeal was rejected call their support and i was shocked the guy said i have nothing to do with that and this was final decision there is no way to submit another appeal just to mention my business is fully legitime and im the owner i never advertise with Microsoft all i wanted is to try it out that's very unfair please help i can provide all necessary document
