AU10TIX verification failing

I am a new Azure subscriber, I purchased the subscription for Windows application signing.

I have tried to verify my ID using two different phones (iOS and Android), tried both a CA driver license and a USA passport. I tried many times. Each time there is a very long delay followed by "Oops something went wrong".

If I'm unable to verify my ID then I can't sign my app.

It seems that AU10TIX ID verification probems is a very common issue. Can I verify my ID another way?

    Have you retried since? Unfortunately, could be you hit it at the time Au10tix was going under maintenance.
