Guys, your geocoding api does not identify address that exist. I tried alternative, google and arcgis geocoding apis and their apis properly geocode the location. please update your backend with newer road network. We regularly use the Azure subscription but the service is failing to lookup addresses that exist. Thanks!

By the way, I tried both Azure Geocoding and Azure Fuzzy search. For geocoding I even tried using the latest preview version:
https://atlas.microsoft.com/geocode?api-version=2025-06-01-preview

These are the apis which uses outdated road/address network:

The api particularly fails at looking up some residential addresses in the United States. I don't want to post here due to privacy concerns.

Please fix the issue! I am happy to test for free. Thanks!

    Hi Anton,

Please report the address issues you are seeing through Feedback.AzureMaps.com and you can provide the API call parameters you are sending in the dialog. This goes directly to our Data team for review.

As a reminder, we do not offer interior mapping so our API does not support PO Boxes, Apartment or suite numbers so be sure to leave those out.

I would also recommend you try our new AutoComplete offering at https://samples.azuremaps.com/rest-services/fill-address-form-with-autocomplete and try typing the address to see the various matches we have and if they meet your expectation.

    Sincerely,

    IoTGirl
