    Dear HATIM HAMDANI

Thank you for your question and for sharing the details into Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I’m sorry to hear that the remote support session with the Microsoft technician was disconnected unexpectedly while you were in front of your computer. I understand this can be frustrating, especially when you were actively working with the technician.

Since you already have an existing support case with a case number, the most time‑efficient next step is to contact Microsoft Support again and provide this case number. This will allow the Support team to review your previous case notes, so you won’t need to repeat the background details.

Please kindly follow these steps below:

    • Visit to this link: Contact - Microsoft Support > Select Window
    • Select Get home support
    • Type your issue (use correct keyword to reach live chat support) > select Get help
    • Scroll down and find Contact Support
    • At the box Select your product or service
    • At the box Select your product category
    • After that you select Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors (including external Microsoft employees) cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role here is limited to providing technical guidance based on the information shared in the thread.

I hope this helps you reconnect with Microsoft Support quickly and continue the assistance from where it stopped. Wishing you a smooth experience when resuming the remote session so you can get things back on track with minimal interruption.

Thank you so much for your understanding, and I hope you have a wonderful day.
