Hi @Shawn Utley,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum and for providing the details.
The “PendingActivation” status for Adobe Acrobat Sign – Adobe Acrobat Sign in SharePoint is quite common during the initial setup and, in most cases, does not indicate an error. Typically, this status appears when the app has been acquired but has not yet been fully activated or authorized by a Microsoft 365 or SharePoint administrator.
To help move things forward, please review the following checks:
To perform these steps, you'll need Global admin or SharePoint admin role, if you don't have it, you can ask your IT admin to do these checks on your behalf.
1/ Confirm admin approval:
A Microsoft 365 Global Admin or SharePoint Admin will need to review the app status in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Settings > Integrated apps and ensure that all required permissions have been approved.**
**
2/ Confirm the App Was Fully Installed:
In the SharePoint Admin Center, go to More features > Apps > App Catalog, and verify that the Adobe Acrobat Sign app is shown as Enabled or Active.

If it still shows as PendingActivation, the catalog might be waiting for admin approval.
3/ Verify Adobe Acrobat Sign licensing:
Please ensure that an active Adobe Acrobat Sign license is assigned and that any required activation steps on the Adobe side have been completed.
3/ Allow time for activation to complete:
After permissions and licensing are confirmed, it may take some additional time for the activation status to update across the tenant.
If the app continues to show PendingActivation after admin approval and license verification, the recommended next step would be to contact Adobe Support, as the activation and licensing process for Acrobat Sign is managed directly by Adobe.
