I am unable to login to the Teams App on My Macbook . I just changed my password and updated my Mac and this problem startet.

I have looked everywhere online but they only talk about Windows not the Mac.

What can I do? It works on the Web version but not on the app.

    Based on the screenshot you provided, the issue may be related to cached credentials or corrupted local data. Kindly try the following steps:

    1/ Clear the Teams cache (macOS) Please follow the official Microsoft guide for detailed steps: https://dotnet.territoriali.olinfo.it/en-gb/troubleshoot/microsoftteams/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache#clear-the-cache-in-teams-for-macos

    2/ Remove old credentials from Keychain

    • Open Keychain Access on your Mac
    • In the search bar, type:
      • Microsoft
      • ADAL
      • Teams
    • Delete entries related to:
      • Microsoft Teams
      • Microsoft Office Identities Cache
      • ADAL tokens

    After removing the entries, please restart your Mac before opening Teams again.

    3/ Reinstall Teams

    If the issue persists, we recommend uninstalling Teams completely and installing the latest version from the official website: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-teams/download-app
