2/ Remove old credentials from Keychain
- Open Keychain Access on your Mac
- In the search bar, type:
- Microsoft
- ADAL
- Teams
- Delete entries related to:
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Office Identities Cache
- ADAL tokens
After removing the entries, please restart your Mac before opening Teams again.
3/ Reinstall Teams
If the issue persists, we recommend uninstalling Teams completely and installing the latest version from the official website: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-teams/download-app
