BitLocker/Failed network connection

After I entered the BitLocker key my device tells me it can’t connect to the network and it will look for other solutions. I’ve tried multiple times on different occasions re-entering the key but keep getting the same message. Please help

    If possible, try connecting via Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi during the BitLocker recovery process. This can be more stable.

    Restart and try accessing Advanced Startup Options or Windows Recovery Environment.

    From there, you may get different BitLocker prompts that don't require network validation.
