Unable to deploy from internal service catalog

Getting this error when I am trying to install a managed app from an internally published app in service catalog:

Exception while fetching Service Catalog template. data:

It was working fine today morning but stopped working suddenly.

Service Catalog managed applications store their ARM template and UI definition in Microsoft‑managed Azure Storage as part of the publishing process.

Azure retrieves these templates using time‑bound, Microsoft‑generated access URLs (backend‑managed). If the stored template access becomes invalid or outdated, Azure cannot retrieve the template, resulting in the error: Exception fetching Service Catalog template data URI

As a resolution, please try below workaround:

Republish the Service Catalog managed application.

Republishing refreshes the backend template references and restores access, after which deployments succeed.

Follow below steps:

Go to Azure Portal

Navigate to Marketplace → Managed applications → Service catalog applications

Open the affected managed application

Republish the application (or publish a new version)

Retry the deployment

After republishing, deployments work normally.

Hello, same problem. Trying create app from newly created definition that was working yesterday and same error Exception while fetching Service Catalog template. Service Catalog id: "Service Catalog id: /subscriptions/[REDACTED]/resourceGroups/rg-mainTemplate-test-new/providers/Microsoft.Solutions/applicationDefinitions/abcd" new/providers/Microsoft.Solutions/applicationDefinitions/abcd. This issue has been caused due to some backend service issue. We have raised Ticket to Backend team and fix has been deployed across all regions.
