Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials
Hi @grace
Thank you for sharing those details, Grace. I understand how frustrating it can be to be locked out, especially when you’ve already tried multiple steps.
From what you’ve described:
- The issue started since Sept 25, 2025 and persists across devices.
- You’ve changed your password and tried both the app and web, but still see error -895352821.
- No MFA prompt appears, and other users in your organization are not affected.
Please try some steps below:
- Clear All Cached Credentials again
- On Windows, open Credential Manager > Windows Credentials.
- Remove any entries related to Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365.
- Restart your device and try signing in again.
- Try a Different Network
- Switch to a mobile hotspot or another network to rule out firewall or proxy issues.
- Repair MS Teams Apps
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Microsoft Teams > Modify > Quick Repair.
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Microsoft Teams > Modify > Quick Repair.
If the issue persists, I suggest you ask your IT admin to create support ticket from admin center.
Thank you for your cooperation.
