Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I’m experiencing a sign-in issue across multiple devices. I was unexpectedly signed out, and every attempt to sign back in fails with error code -895352821.

What’s happening

I was signed out of my account without initiating it.

When I try to sign back in, I consistently receive error -895352821.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app on three different devices, but the issue persists.

Steps I’ve already tried

  • Uninstall/reinstall on three devices
  • Clearing app cache and saved credentials
  • Restarting devices and routers
  • Verifying system time/date and network connectivityHi Microsoft Support Team, I’m experiencing a sign-in issue across multiple devices. I was unexpectedly signed out, and every attempt to sign back in fails with error code -895352821. What’s happening

    Hi @grace
Thank you for sharing those details, Grace. I understand how frustrating it can be to be locked out, especially when you’ve already tried multiple steps.

    From what you’ve described:

    • The issue started since Sept 25, 2025 and persists across devices.
    • You’ve changed your password and tried both the app and web, but still see error -895352821.
    • No MFA prompt appears, and other users in your organization are not affected.

    Please try some steps below:

    1. Clear All Cached Credentials again
      • On Windows, open Credential Manager > Windows Credentials.
      • Remove any entries related to Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365.
        User's image
      • Restart your device and try signing in again.
    2. Try a Different Network
      • Switch to a mobile hotspot or another network to rule out firewall or proxy issues.
    3. Repair MS Teams Apps
      • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Microsoft Teams > Modify > Quick Repair.
        Untitled

If the issue persists, I suggest you ask your IT admin to create support ticket from admin center.
    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hi @grace
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better assistance, could you please provide following information.

    • When did the issue first start, and has it been continuous since then?
    • Is the issue only you, or are others in your organization affected as well?
    • Did anything change just before the issue began (e.g., password change, new device, policy rollout, VPN/profile change)?
    • Does it happen in a private/incognito browser at https://teams.microsoft.com?
    • Do other Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, OneDrive, Word) sign in successfully on the same device?
    • Do you see an MFA prompt (Approve/Deny, code, SMS) and does completing it change anything?
    • If an error detail is shown (e.g., “More details”), Could you please share the screenshot?
    • Is this a work/school account (your organization) or a personal Microsoft account?
    • Device join state (if known): Azure AD Joined / Hybrid Azure AD / Work account only.

Your detailed response will help us diagnose and investigate the issue more efficiently. If I misunderstood what you’re looking for, feel free to let me know or share a screenshot. I’d be happy to help further! Thank you for your cooperation. I'm looking for your reply.
